Firstly about our business...

Bacchus Marsh Clinic

The Vigor Sports Medicine Clinics are well established physiotherapy clinics known for providing great Physiotherapy services for its Sports, Geriatric, Pediatric and Chronic pain clients throughout Melton and Bacchus Marsh.

Currently we have 8 Physiotherapy staff and 5 Reception staff across the 2 clinics.

We're growing fast and we're looking for you to help us with the admin and receptionist duties in the business so we can continue to prosper.

We are a young team that love doing what we do, and we're on track for more growth this year.

So we're looking for some reception 'guns' to come in and join us in the fun and the work of growing our clinics.

Next, your position...

You'll be involved in all aspects of office administration, accounts receivable, as well as customer service. You also must be able to work on your own, and within a team environment.

Reception

You'll be responsible for the first contact our clients have with our business, so it's an important role, and one that we take seriously.

You'll be a touch typist and love data entry, invoicing, keeping track of accounts receivables and confirming client appointments as well as assisting with our marketing.

There is a casual position that needs to be filled with the work hours set out below...

The work hours available are...

Position (1)

3 pm - 8 pm Monday (Melton Clinic)

9 am - 2 pm Tuesday (Bacchus Marsh Clinic)

9 am - 2 pm Thursday (Bacchus Marsh Clinic)

9 am - 5 pm Friday (Bacchus Marsh Clinic)

Total per week: 23 Hours

The hourly pay will be the standard award rate.

And of course once you've started you'll have a 3 month probationary period for you to get to know us, and for us to get to know you.

This is a role that requires you to interact with our clients on a daily basis - so you'll need to be great at creating relationships with people.

And you'll also need the skills to do a great job...

The skills you'll need to have are...

  • Excellent Telephone Technique
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to use and potentially teach others how to use the following programs competently:
    • Microsoft Word and Excel (Compulsory),
    • Powerpoint (Optional),
    • Frontpage (Optional) and
    • Access (Optional).
    • Plus we use Physiotherapy Management Software (PPMP) and TM2 (Physiotherapy Management Software) - which are both unique to our industry, so if you have excellent computer skills we expect that with some time and training - you'll 'find your feet' quickly.

It's also essential that you have excellent problem solving skills and can prioritize working processes.
